Countries near the equator can suffer from extreme changes in temperature from day to night. You should check the average maximum temperature and the average minimum temperature of your destination to determine whether you need to pack warm clothes for the evening. Should I pack a first aid kit? Answer

A:

It is sensible to pack a small first aid kit. You should include a few small items such as insect repellent (if necessary), plasters, antiseptic cream, cotton wool and sun lotion. Don't forget to take any prescribed medicines, but these should be packed in your hand luggage and NOT your hold luggage, so they are with you at all times.
