Inside, you'll find a cosy bar and lounge, with comfy leather sofas and armchairs, perfect for unwinding in the evening or in the afternoon with a book if you fancy a break from skiing or boarding. Plus you'll love the spectacular views of the mountains and tree–lined slopes from the dining room's floor to ceiling windows.

Located high up on the fourth floor of the hotel, the dining room looks out onto the Olympic downhill course, which is illuminated in the evenings, providing sparkling scenes of snow clad trees. Breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner with wine (which are included in your holiday price) are all served here.

There is plenty of choice of bedrooms, from singles to a mini apartment, and all have their own ensuite bathrooms, televisions with English speaking channels and hairdryers.

To top it all off, you are free to use the heated outdoor pool just alongside the hotel. Wifi is also available in the Chalet Hotel Val d'Isère for 15 Euros per week.

Child Care

Chalet Hotel Le Val d'Isère is extremely child friendly with a sunny spacious crèche on the lower ground floor decorated with colourful paintings and filled with toys. Open from 9.00am to 5.30pm daily and fully staffed by Mark Warner's team of qualified nannies, there are four childcare clubs for children from ages 4 months to 12 years.

Mark Warner also offer a FREE evening drop in crèche which is open from 7.30pm every evening until 11pm (closed Sunday night). The hotel crèche is fully equipped with all essentials such as cots, potties, bottle sterilisers and fridge. There is also a 24 hour kitchen facility for any late night feeds. Babysitting is available at an extra charge but subject to availability.

Baby Club & Toddler Club

Baby Club is for infants age between 4 months and 11 months. Toddler Club is for ages 12 months to 24 months. In both clubs Mark Warner run a "keyworker nanny" system, meaning where possible, your child will have the same nanny throughout the week. Your assigned nanny will follow any routine you require for your child, alongside fun play and cuddles throughout the day. Supervised Lunch and High Tea is included. The cost is £285 per week. Baby Club and Toddler Club are open from 9am to 5.30pm daily over 6 days of the week.

Mini Club

Mini Club is for children aged 3 to 5 years. Fun, fun, fun is the name of the game in the Mini Club. Outdoor play includes sledging and snowman building, and indoors fun includes face paint and games. If your child is booked into half or full day ski school, Mark Warner will drop them off and collect on your behalf. Supervised Lunch and High Tea are included.The cost is £180 per week. Mini Club is open from 9am to 5.30pm daily over 6 days of the week.

Kidz Club

Kids Club is for children aged 6 to 12 years. It's all about action and having fun in the Kidz Club. If your children are booked into morning or afternoon ski lessons, and booked into the Kidz Club then Mark Warner nannies will drop off and collect from ski school. Supervised Lunch and High Tea is included. The cost is £155 per week. Kidz Club is open from 9am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday and until 1pm on Saturdays.

Ski Hosting

We run a full ski hosting programme at the Chalet Hotel Le Val d'Isère. For 4½ days a week their ski hosts will guide you around the mountain, heading off to the best pistes and picking out the best lunch stops. Mark Warner group people on ability with 3 groups available; leisurely, intermediate and advanced, this means that you can go at your pace throughout the day. The Espace Killy is a great ski area for skiers and boarders of all abilities, and ski hosting is a great way to make the most of your time on the mountain, not having to stop to read the piste map or worrying about heading off in the wrong direction! Children aged 12 years upwards are also welcome to join the hosting groups, but must be accompanied by an adult.

Ski Hosting Groups

Leisurely – for those who can make semi–parallel linked turns confidently and who are comfortable on blue runs and confident using ski tows and chair lifts.
Medium Speed – for those comfortable on red, or long runs and who are keen to tackle the black runs and moguls at a slower pace.
Faster – for those happy to ski mainly black and red runs and keen to experience steeper slopes and moguls and are comfortable skiing at a faster pace.
