Grand Tour of Australia with Singapore pre-tour stopover

Day 1: UK/ Singapore
Today you’ll depart on your scheduled flight to Singapore.

Day 2: Singapore
You will arrive into Singapore in the evening before transferring to your hotel for a four night stay.

Days 3 – 5: Singapore
This stopover gives you the chance to see all that Singapore has to offer. Known as the ‘Garden City’, Singapore offers a fascinating insight into the dignity of the old colonial days, mixed with fast developing and futuristic commercial enterprise. It is famous for its shops and bazaars, all with duty free prices. The city itself is compact, where you can explore the narrow streets, quiet squares or the frenzied activity in the harbour area.

Singapore is a mix of cultures, including Indian, Chinese and Malay, and the architecture, with its array of mosques, temples and synagogues, reflects that. Make sure you visit Little India and Chinatown and of course no visit to Singapore would be complete without tea at Raffles.

Meals: Breakfast

Day 7: Perth
Experience has shown us that our clients appreciate the opportunity to relax and rest after their flight, so we have allowed plenty of time for this.

You will also have the opportunity to explore the delightful surroundings of Perth, the ideal first stop for our Australian extravaganza. This wonderful city, with its neighbouring port of Fremantle, is one of the most envied locations in the world in which to live. The golden beaches, superb restaurants, lush green parks, stunning broad expanses of the Swan River and lovely warm climate give the visitor a fine introduction to the relaxed, contented lifestyle of modern-day Australia.

A half-day sightseeing tour is included during your stay. We also offer plenty of fascinating optional tours for you to join if you wish.

Days 8 – 9: Perth
The distinctive ‘sails’ of the Sydney Opera House await you today, as you fly to cosmopolitan Sydney for a four-night stay.
