Freshly–squeezed juices and smoothies are blended to order for a delicious, refreshing and healthy boost. As an afternoon treat there is a tempting selection of ice cream and sorbets.

Opening in April 2012 – Jack's will serve delicious local seafood and the finest cuts of prime, succulent steaks prepared with expert culinary precision, flavoured with exotic spices and cooked on a wood–burning grill in the open kitchen. To perfectly compliment the entrées there will be a premier international wine collection showcased in Jack's elegant wine cellar.
