Day 1 London – Inverness
Begin with the Titan’s VIP Home Departure Service® to London Heathrow for your direct flight to Aberdeen (flights from Manchester also available subject to availability). Coach transfer (approximately 2 ½ hours) to Inverness and the Royal Highland Hotel, ideally located in the centre of the city, for your one-night stay.

Day 2 Inverness – Kyle of Lochalsh
Breakfast included. Morning at leisure to explore Inverness. Afternoon transfer to Kyle of Lochalsh to embark the MV Lord of the Glens for your seven night cruise on a full board basis. This evening enjoy a Captain’s welcome reception and dinner.

Day 3 Portree – Armadale – Inverie
Morning visit to the Cuillins Mountains and Portree. Sail via Kyle Rhea the Sound of Sleet to Armadale on the Isle of Skye. Visit the Clan Donald Centre and gardens. Sail to the town of Inverie, where you can have a drink at the most remote pub in the British Isles. Moor at Inverie overnight.

Day 4 Eigg – Tobermory
Sail south around Ardnamurchan Point the most westerly point of mainland Britain to tiny Eigg, catching glimpses of the islands of the Inner Hebrides along the way. At Eigg you have a sense of island community and look for marine animals and birdlife, including Atlantic seals, minke whales, dolphins, porpoises and a variety of seabirds. Later sail to Tobermory with its gaily-painted houses that line the waterfront originally built by the British Fisheries Company to house its workers. Moor Tobermory overnight.

Day 5 Iona – Craignure
Morning sail to Craignure on the Isle of Mull, in the Inner Hebrides for a visit to the Isle of Iona the last resting place of some 50 Scottish Kings and where St Columba introduced Christianity to Britan. Overnight at Craignure.

Day 6 Banavie
Visit to Duart Castle, the ancestral home of the McClain Clan. Sail via the Sound of Mull and Loch Linnhe to Corpach, the entrance to the Caledonian Canal. Later Ascend Neptune’s Staircase, a set of eight interconnected locks that lifts the vessel 103 feet to Banavie, nestled in the shadow of Ben Nevis. Moor Banavie overnight.

Day 7 Fort Augustus
This morning sail along the Caledonian Canal and into Loch Lochy. Glide along the tree-lined canal known as Laggan Avenue, or alternatively hike along the towpath and rejoin the ship at the first lock. Depart Laggan Locks and sail into Loch Oich to Fort Augustus. In the afternoon take the West Highland railway line over the renowned viaduct to beautiful Glenfinnan, surrounded by mountains, where there are fine walking options. Moor Fort Augustus overnight.

Day 8 Loch Ness – Inverness
Sail Loch Ness, cruise past the romantic ruins of Urquhart Castle, pausing for photos and continue across Loch Dochfour and arrive at Inverness. Afternoon visit to Culloden, the infamous battlefield where “Bonnie” Prince Charlie’s Jacobite forces were defeated and view the ancient standing stones of Clava Cairns. Enjoy a farewell Captain’s reception and dinner. Moor Inverness overnight.

Day 9 Inverness London
Transfer to Aberdeen Airport for return flight to London Heathrow. Our staff will greet you and transfer you to Titan’s transport for your journey home to your front door.

This holiday is of a more independent nature and therefore not accompanied by a Titan tour manager. However, an experienced Cruise Director will be on hand throughout your cruise.
