Our lawful bases for the collection and use of your data

- We use cookies and collect browsing data via Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors interact with our website. This allows us to monitor site performance, identify technical issues, and make improvements to enhance the user experience. The data collected is aggregated and anonymised, and we do not use it to identify individual users.

Where we get personal information from
We source your personally identifiable information directly from you when making a booking, such as your name, address, date of birth and contact details.
How long we keep information
We only store your personal information for as long as necessary.
For any information specifically related to a holiday booking and not mentioned below, such as passport information or emergency contact details, we delete your informaation within six months of travelling or as soon as possible.
For regulatory purposes, we are required to keep all other details of your booking for 7 years in order to comply with UK/EU tax laws, accounting, tax and legal matters.

Who we share information with
Others we share your personal information with include Suppliers and service providers, such as the tour operator or airline you are travelling with.
