Where we get personal information from
We source your personally identifiable information directly from you when making a booking, such as your name, address, date of birth and contact details.
How long we keep information
We only store your personal information for as long as necessary.
For any information specifically related to a holiday booking and not mentioned below, such as passport information or emergency contact details, we delete your informaation within six months of travelling or as soon as possible.
For regulatory purposes, we are required to keep all other details of your booking for 7 years in order to comply with UK/EU tax laws, accounting, tax and legal matters.

Others we share your personal information with include Suppliers and service providers, such as the tour operator or airline you are travelling with.
