A Tale Of Botswana

Sitting at the heart of Southern Africa, Botswana is a truly diverse land. From the arid wilderness of the Kalahari to the lush, verdant Okavango Delta, this surprising country will cast its spell over you.

This is undoubtedly Africa’s greatest wildlife destination, with game roaming free across the plains and not restricted to the parks.

The capital, Gaborone, is home to the best selling book ‘The No 1 Ladies Detective Agency’, and whilst there, we will endeavour to show you as many of the book’s locations as possible.

For the safari section of this itinerary we have selected a unique collection of small luxury lodges, all located in very diverse areas of the country and managed by teams of dedicated professionals determined to show you the best the country has to offer.

Victoria Falls is the point where the mighty Zambezi River plunges into a chasm some 108 metres below. It is a spectacular sight any time of the year and the area offers a wide range of river-, land- and air-based activities, from relaxing sunset cruises to high thrill micro-light and helicopter flights.
