Day 1 London – Amsterdam
We begin with Titan’s VIP Home Departure Service® to London Gatwick Airport for your direct, scheduled British Airways flight to Amsterdam. On arrival, our coach will transfer you to embark MS Amadeus Elegant, with time to settle in before a welcome cocktail and dinner this evening. Our ship overnights in Amsterdam.

Day 2 Amsterdam
We awake this morning in Holland’s capital city, where you have a full day to explore its tree-lined canals and wealth of cafes. The city also features beautiful 17th and 18th century buildings and during our city tour with canal cruise, we see Dam Square, the Royal Palace and the museum quarter, home to the renowned Rijkmuseum. We set sail this evening and enjoy a traditional Dutch folklore show onboard.

Day 3 Cologne
This afternoon we arrive in the cathedral city of Cologne, one of Germany’s most important trade centres and home to numerous sites of interest including the symbolic Gothic cathedral, one of the largest cathedrals in Europe which we will visit on our guided walking tour. We sail in the early evening.

Day 4 Koblenz – Rudesheim
Early morning arrival in the 2,000-year-old-city of Koblenz, where you can spend a couple of hours making your own explorations of the town’s historic old quarter. We then enjoy a daylight sailing along the most beautiful part of the Rhine, passing many castles nestled amongst famous vineyards and the legendary Lorelei Rock. Later this afternoon, we arrive in truly one of the RhineValley’s prettiest towns, Rüdesheim, famed for its winemaking tradition dating back to Carolingian times. We take a guided walking tour, including a visit to Siegfried’s Mechanical Museum before we set sail later this evening.

Day 5 Miltenberg – Wertheim
This afternoon we visit the attractive town of Miltenberg, defi ned by the river, the medieval town and its wooded hillsides. We take coaches to Wertheim, where we visit the local glass museum before rejoining our ship and setting sail in the early evening.

Day 6 Wurzburg
The Würzburg Residence Palace is a masterpiece of the southern German Baroque, and was built at the beginning of the 18th century as one of the most important Baroque castles by Balthasar Neumann. We visit the palace on a walking tour and afterwards experience the many beautiful sights in the old town. We will also enjoy a wine tasting in one of the local restaurants.

Day 7 Bamberg
This afternoon we arrive in Bamberg, where we take a guided walk of the UNESCO-listed town, with its historic old quarter, churches and monasteries, bridges, attractive narrow streets and squares. Today, you will also have the opportunity to learn more about the Rhine-Main-Danube Canal, with an informative lecture onboard.

Day 8 Nuremberg
We arrive in Nuremberg and enjoy a city tour, which will introduce its highlights from its medieval beginnings to the present. After passing the Justice Palace, venue of the Nuremberg trials, your coach will take you to the old town with its narrow medieval alleyways. We end the tour in the main market from where you will have free time to do some shopping or relax with a coffee before the coach returns to our ship.

Day 9 Kelheim – Regensburg
A morning arrival in Kelheim, where we disembark to visit the Benedictine Abbey of Weltenburg. Later, we continue to Regensburg, one of the bestpreserved medieval cities in Germany, where we take a walking tour. Among its architectural treasures are cathedrals, churches, monasteries, the town hall, and one of Europe’s oldest bridges that has spanned the Danube since the 12th century. This evening, we enjoy Bavarian entertainment onboard.

Day 10 Passau – Salzburg – Linz
This morning, we arrive in Passau, situated at the confluence of three rivers – the Danube, the Inn and the Ilz. Later we travel by coach to Salzburg, birthplace of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, to sample this beautiful city’s Alpine scenery and architectural richness. We rejoin our ship in Linz.

Day 11 Melk/Emmersdorf – Vienna (overnight)
Melk Abbey is an Austrian Benedictine abbey, and one of the world’s most famous monastic sites. Today, we enjoy a guided tour and there may be an opportunity to hear an organ recital in the abbey church (not guaranteed). Later, we continue to Durnstein, one of the best-known wine villages in the UNESCO-listed Wachau Valley. We enjoy a glass of wine in a local restaurant before returning to our ship. We cruise to Vienna, where we take a memorable excursion to this fabulous city at night.

Day 12 Vienna
Vienna is the city of the waltz, the Spanish Riding School, Sacher Torte and the famous Vienna Boy’s Choir. We enjoy an included city tour, taking you to Schwarzenbergplatz and the famous Ringstrasse. The last stop is the famous St. Stephan’s Cathedral before returning to the ship. Ship sails late tonight.

Day 13 Bratislava
Early morning arrival in Bratislava, nestling in the foothills of the Carpathian mountains. On our city tour, we travel to the Castle of Bratislava, high above the city and giving you fantastic views. Captain’s Gala dinner this evening.

Day 14 Budapest
This morning we enjoy a city tour of Budapest, one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. From the top of castle hill, you have a beautiful view of the chain bridge, parliament buildings, the Danube and Pest, and you will tour the interior of Matthias Church. This evening we enjoy a memorable evening cruise and folklore programme.

Day 15 Budapest – London
After breakfast onboard this morning we disembark MS Amadeus Elegant and transfer to Budapest Airport for our British Airways flight to London Heathrow, where our staff will greet you and transfer you to Titan transport for your journey home to your own front door.
