Day 1: UK/Montreal
You’ll leave the UK on your scheduled flight to Montreal today. On arrival you will transfer to your hotel for a three-night stay in this magnificent city, often called ‘Canada’s cultural capital’.

Day 2: Montreal
Today, you’ll get the chance to explore Montreal’s many parks and historic sites. Start your day with an included morning sightseeing tour, which will take you to Mount Royal, the three-peaked hill at the heart of the city that gives Montreal its name. You’ll also visit the historic district of Old Montreal, the beautiful Notre Dame cathedral and the St Lawrence Seaway, a series of locks, canals and channels along the St Lawrence River that allow ocean-going vessels to travel from the Atlantic Ocean to the Great Lakes.

This afternoon, you can explore further at your leisure, and this evening, you might like to join our optional Montreal By Night excursion, which includes dinner.

Day 3: Quebec
Your included full-day excursion to Quebec City features a sightseeing tour of the old city, with its winding cobbled streets, churches and stone buildings. Famous sights include the Cathedral, the huge Château Frontenac hotel, the Basilica and the giant star-shaped fortifications of the Citadel. You’ll also visit the Plains of Abraham, the scene of the decisive battle in 1759 between the French and the English for the control of Canada.

Day 4: Ottawa
Ottawa is an elegant city, situated on the Rideau canal, and today you can visit its Parliament Buildings and the luxurious Château Laurier Hotel, a magnificent building with the elegant look of a French château. You’ll then continue your drive along the shores of Lake Ontario to Toronto, where you will stay for three nights.

Day 5: Toronto
Get to know this exciting city on our morning tour, featuring the Rogers Centre (formerly known as the SkyDome), the City Hall and the Parliament Building. You will also stop at the 1,815ft high CN Tower – one of the world’s tallest buildings – which offers fantastic views across the city.

From a magnificent tower to spectacular falls – this afternoon, you’ll be visiting Niagara Falls, where you can enjoy an optional lunch overlooking this natural wonder. From May to October, there’s also the chance to take a ride on the ‘Maid of the Mist’ boat, or you might choose to take to the skies for a thrilling helicopter ride.

Day 6: Toronto
Explore Toronto’s many attractions at your own pace today, perhaps with a spot of shopping at the Eaton Centre or a visit to one of the many museums and art galleries the city has to offer. This evening, you could choose to dine in one of the city’s many international restaurants, or perhaps take in a show in the renowned theatre district.
